Tyre protection that keeps you rolling.
CTN installs tyre protection that plugs punctures the instant they happen, keeping the air in and you moving. No jack on the hard shoulder, no being stranded somewhere unsafe after dark, the most common roadside emergency, designed out.
A nail in your tyre. You keep driving.
A flat tyre on a Nigerian road is more than inconvenient. It is a safety event. Roadside tyre changes on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway, in slow Apapa traffic, after dark on the way to Abuja, or in areas you do not know are dangerous situations that happen far too often. Tyre protection in Nigeria ends those events. A polymer-based liquid sealant is injected into each tyre through the valve. When a puncture happens, the sealant flows to the hole under centrifugal force, fills it, and seals before pressure escapes.
Premium polymer that lasts 2 years.
Cheap sealants dry out in 3 months or corrode the rim. Our polymer holds active for 2 years without drying, no rim damage, no TPMS sensor interference. The difference is the formulation, not the install.
Per-rim pricing that matches real costs.
Sealant volume needed scales with rim size. Sedan, SUV, Rim 19+, and trailer Rim 22.5 each get fair pricing based on actual sealant needed. Roadside operators charge one flat number and lose money on every truck they treat.
Fleet-friendly on-site install for haulage operators.
5+ vehicles or trailers, we come to your yard or depot. Trailer tyres on Rim 22.5 are treated on the vehicle without dismounting. A 30-tyre haulage batch is typically complete in 1-2 working days.

Inject through valves
Sealant injected into each tyre through the existing valve. Tyre pressure rebalanced. Centrifugal force distributes the sealant evenly inside the tyre wall.

Protection is active immediately. The next time a nail enters a tyre, the sealant fills the hole before pressure escapes. You keep driving.
How tyre protection in Nigeria actually works.
The detail buyers and search engines look for, in plain language.

Tyre protection installation takes about 30 minutes for a sedan and slightly longer for SUVs and trailers. The sealant works on punctures up to 6mm: nails, screws, sharp stones, metal debris on expressways. The tyre stays inflated. You continue your journey. You deal with the tyre properly at your destination, not on the side of the road. We are the tyre protection company Nigerian executive drivers, family-vehicle owners, haulage operators, and ride-share drivers use because the polymer holds for 2 years and works on every tubeless tyre and rim size.
The tyre protection price in Nigeria depends on vehicle type and rim size. Sedans (Rim 7-13) pay ₦200,000 for all 4 tyres. SUVs and Hilux (Rim 14-18) pay ₦400,000. Larger rim sizes (Rim 19+) pay ₦500,000. Trailers and long vehicles on Rim 22.5 are priced ₦150,000 per tyre because of the higher sealant volume. Lagos tyre protection bookings happen at our service centre or on-site for fleet bookings. 2-year effective life, then a top-up treatment renews the protection.

Who installs tyre protection in Nigeria.
Anyone driving Lagos-Ibadan, Abuja-Kaduna, Benin-Warri regularly. Construction debris on expressways causes most punctures. Sealant ends the roadside stop in unfamiliar locations.
Anyone whose safety calculus on a roadside tyre change in Nigeria is negative. The sealant removes the moment that creates the danger, regardless of where the puncture happens.
Trailer tyres on Rim 22.5 punctured by metal road debris cost hours of downtime and risk on the shoulder. ₦150,000 per tyre protects the most exposed asset on a haulage operation.

Questions, answered.
How does tyre protection work?
Polymer-based liquid sealant is injected into each tyre through the existing valve. Centrifugal force distributes it evenly inside the tyre wall as you drive. When a puncture happens, the sealant flows to the hole, fills it, and seals before pressure escapes.
What size punctures does it handle?
Up to 6mm diameter. This covers nails, screws, sharp stones, and metal road debris, which together account for over 95% of Nigerian road punctures. Larger gashes (10mm+ tears) still need a tyre change. Sidewall damage is outside the scope of any sealant.
Will the sealant damage my rims or tyres?
No. The polymer is non-corrosive on aluminium and steel rims. It does not degrade rubber from inside. It is compatible with TPMS sensors. We have units in service on executive sedans and haulage trailers with no rim or tyre damage reported.
How long does the protection last?
2 years of active protection per treatment. After 2 years a top-up treatment renews the polymer. Some commercial operators top up annually as preventive maintenance, especially on trailer fleets with high puncture exposure.
How much does tyre protection cost in Nigeria?
Sedan (Rim 7-13) ₦200,000 for all 4 tyres. SUV or Hilux (Rim 14-18) ₦400,000. Rim 19+ ₦500,000. Trailers and long vehicles on Rim 22.5 are priced ₦150,000 per tyre. One-time treatment with 2-year effective life.
